Adventure Trips
Our Share Days are a cherished part of the classroom experience, designed to encourage confidence, communication and social development. On these days, children are invited to bring a special toy from home to share with their classmates. The items shared are thoughtfully connected to the day's lesson or theme, allowing children to make meaningful connections. Share Days help children practice taking turns, listening respectfully, and expressing themselves, all while fostering a sense of pride, belonging and excitement for learning within the classroom.

Our Field Trip Days provide children with exciting opportunities to explore and learn beyond the classroom in a safe and supervised setting. Field trips encourage curiosity, social interactions, and real-world understanding while helping children build independence and confidence.
Circle Time

Circle Time
During circle time, we enjoy reading thoughtfully selected books, explore letters and numbers, and introduce age-appropriate concepts that support early literacy and math development. We also highlight the day's theme or special occasion, helping the children build awareness of their world while encouraging curiosity, communication and confidence. Circle Time sets a positive tone for the day and creates a strong foundation for both learning and social growth.

Proudly operating as a licensed at-home daycare by the State of California for over 30 years, we are committed to fostering healthy development in a warm, home-based environment. We proudly participate in the State's nutritious meal program, where each meal is thoughtfully planned, balanced and home-cooked to support your child's growth.
Who We Welcome
We warmly welcome children from 12 months old until they step into kindergarten.
Our Teachers
Our dedicated team is made up of experienced, caring educators who are passionate about early childhood learning. With a Lead teacher and two full-time assistants, we provide the attentive care and meaningful guidance throughout each child's day.
Our Facilities
Playroom: Features LEGO® sets, books, costumes, train sets, games, and areas for free choice activities.
Backyard: A covered patio, a large sandbox with a playground, and a grass area equipped with additional playground equipment.
Animal Yard: An exceptional feature that helps kids build social skills and develop a sense of empathy.

With over 30 years of experience in childcare, Sue leads our program as a licensed large family provider and a dedicated advocate for high-quality early learning. She has served in leadership roles within the Orange County Child Care Association and remains committed to professional growth and excellence in early childhood education.

Alan supports our program as a dedicated classroom assistant. He is CPR certified and brings patience, curiosity, and a genuine love for animals! As Sue's son, he has been part of Miller's Preschool since its early days and now proudly works alongside her. Outside of school he enjoys caring for his two pet snakes!

With over 10 years of childcare experience and CPR certified, Abby brings warmth, creativity, and language learning to our school. She is bilingual in Spanish and enjoys introducing new words and songs during circle time. At home, Abby cares for her two cats (Ella & T'Challa), a German Shepherd (Zuko) and cockatiels!
